CLC World Resorts & Hotels is looking for highly organised, smartly presented individuals to join our VIP concierge team at our CLC World Paradise resort in Tenerife.
The successful applicants will be one of the first CLC World members of staff that many clients will meet, therefore good customer service and interpersonal skills are a must.
Responsibilities will include:
• Welcome guests as they arrive at the resort and enquire into how they would like to be assisted.
• Provide information to guests about our resort services and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide information on events taking place inside the resort and ensure that any queries for event bookings are taken care of.
The working week is from Thursday to Monday from 9am till 5pm.
The successful candidate will receive a Spanish contract with basic salary plus bonus.
